I refer to Disgruntled Passenger's letter AirAsia stampede broke boy's toe .

My sympathies to Disgruntled Passenger on the unfortunate incident experienced by him/her and his/her family.

At the expense of sounding callous, I believe this was an isolated incident and does not truly reflect the state of AirAsia's service.

Thanks to AirAsia's low-cost fares, my family and I have had the opportunity to travel numerous times to destinations that include Kuala Terengganu, Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi, and Phuket.

Probably I am lucky, but never once did we experience any flight delays nor rude personnel on those numerous occasions I had the good fortune to travel on AirAsia. The crew, both ground and on board /have always been extremely charming and professional.
