Think about it, most Malaysians at some point or other have suffered from Ctos's failure to update its database. Maybe we can seek judicial remedy that not only rectifies such wrongdoings but to compensate for the hardships it creates.

If the public is not ready for a class action, then why not try individual libel suits against Ctos. Libel is tort in nature thus there is an onus for duty of care and the injury can be nonfeasance, malfeasance, or misfeasance. Many individuals have suffered from Ctos' action, such as the lost of opportunity, economical loss, stress and so forth.

The bottom line is that Ctos have continue its operation because Malaysians have always been very accommodating. For a change, why don't we just stand up and face it head on as citizens for the benefit of our own society?
