Ampang, October – BEST Ampang Station continues to move forward in the logistics industry by expanding its services to include BEST Cargo, marking another significant milestone in the station’s journey since it first began operations in 2023.

Although starting a courier business wasn’t an easy road, the team took steady steps to meet the growing needs and expectations of customers.

According to the station’s management representative, Nazirah, BEST Ampang’s operations began with an outsourcing model, later transitioned to an agent system, and are now expanding further by introducing cargo services to cater to large-scale deliveries.

“This move allows us to offer more comprehensive solutions to our customers — from express deliveries to large cargo shipments, all under one roof,” explained Nazirah.

Overcoming Challenges and Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Despite being relatively new in the market, challenges are inevitable. According to Nazirah, one of the main challenges faced by the station is the surge in parcel volume, especially during festive seasons, compared to the limited manpower available.

Even so, the team at BEST Ampang remains committed to ensuring that every delivery is handled efficiently so customers receive their parcels without delay.

“We always try our best to serve customers well and make sure every parcel is dispatched daily so that recipients receive their items on time,” said the station manager.

Since its establishment, BEST Ampang has successfully built strong relationships with loyal customers who continue to trust their services. This success is also supported by a well-organized management system and close collaboration with BEST Malaysia Headquarters, ensuring smooth daily operations.

“We have loyal customers who repeatedly use our services because they trust that their parcels are safe and delivered on time. This gives us great motivation to keep improving our service,” she added.

In preparation for joining the BEST Cargo network, the Ampang station is currently upgrading its facilities and workforce. The expansion of operational space and increased delivery capacity are expected to strengthen the station’s ability to meet growing customer demand.
