Oil royalty 'potong': 'Sabah, S'wak, you're next'

your say 'Are we going to be deprived of what is rightfully ours by a government bent on not honouring its agreements? So Sarawak, Sabah, and other oil-producing states, take note of this precedent because you're next.'

'We'll pray till his stomach bursts'

White Knight: When the people stand united through their actions, especially when it is a cry for justice, it shall be heard by all. To the Kelantanese members of BN, where is your loyalty to your state and the people?

Tok Guru Nik Aziz, Kelantan's elected leader, has issued a call to all Kelantanese, irrespective of political leanings, to unite under the cause of demanding for Kelantan's rightful oil royalty payments from the federal government. If Kelantan is not eligible for such payments, then why is there a need to give ‘wang ehsan' to the state?

The people of Kelantan must realise that this issue does not concern partisan politics. It is about what is rightfully due to the people of Kelantan as stipulated in an agreement made between the federal government and the Kelantan.

Nik Aziz's actions are directed to all Kelantanese and Malaysians. Are we going to be deprived of what is rightfully ours by a government bent on not honouring its agreements? So Sarawak, Sabah, and other states, take note of this precedent because you're next.

What's this?: Let other concerned Malaysians also do the same. For depriving the Kelantanese of their share of oil profits, Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak should suffer punishment from Allah or God.

Are the Kelantanese not Malaysians? Do only Umno cronies qualify as Malaysians? Prime Minister Najib, what and where is your silly ‘1Malaysia' concept now?

Rocky: Umno/BN do not respect the law and agreements, so they deserve what comes their way. They are no gentlemen, but yet they want respect and demand fair play. Mr Prime Minister, if you're serious about fair play, give Kelantan what it is owed. It is not begging for your money.

Samasama: Not long ago, Allah was called to witness the swearing in to declare one's trustworthiness (ironically the PM was involved too). Now, probably the most respected Tok Guru in multiracial Malaysia has called upon Allah again to deliver a curse on the prime minister.

What will they think of next? Although I think the federal government should re-examine and reassess the oil royalty issue with regards to Kelantan, the seeking of divine power to resolve the matter is utterly inappropriate.

Rakyat: Tok Guru, I'll join you in your prayers. Let's all pray till all the Umnoputras' stomachs burst. They have been leeching off the rakyat for far too long. Damn these bloodsuckers.

S Chandrasegaran : I believe not only should Muslims pray, but all Hindus, Christians, Buddhists and others should also join in and pray against all the corrupt leaders of our country. I support Tok Guru Nik Aziz 100 percent.

Noo Gonk: I am glad to know that more God-fearing Malaysians are joining Tok Guru in praying for divine intervention. The more people pray, the faster God will respond.

All Malaysians who love justice and fairplay for all; who hate corruption and bribery; who hate wickedness and evil deeds; who claim to be religious and believe that prayer will change things, they should rise up now to pray (be specific in your prayer). Soon, we will see changes.

Paul Warren: Sorry, Tok Guru. I think you are sick. You don't seem to know what it is that is wrong about the haj sponsorship. You don't seem to understand what it is that is wrong about your prayer for the ‘death' of Najib.

You don't seem to know what is wrong about your prayer now for his stomach to burst. You should pray for God's blessings upon your enemy so that he will mend his ways, not to bring down God's wrath upon him.

SRR: I would like to challenge Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat to pray until my stomach bursts on television. Will he accept? And if he fails, will he accept that prayers have no effect on human affairs as a whole?
