Former Sabah chief minister Harris Salleh is taking Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) president Yong Teck Lee to court over the latter's recent statements in a local newspaper on the 1976 air crash which killed his predecessor Mohd Fuad Stephens.

The crash, dubbed the ‘Double Six Tragedy', almost wiped out Stephens' new state cabinet.
