The Port Klang Authority (PKA) board of directors will meet tomorrow morning to decide whether to fulfill its apparent obligations to bondholders who helped finance Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) turnkey contractor Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB).
