Perkasa cancels rally, but members to loiter in city

Unable to book a stadium for its rally, Perkasa dropped its plan to hold a counter-rally against Bersih 2.0 tomorrow, but its chief Ibrahim Ali called on all 15,000 members to "take a stroll" within Kuala Lumpur, especially at Titiwangsa lake, the initial location for its rally.
