Abdul Rashid : They (opposition) don't understand the process (of the redelineation exercise). According to the law, our first step in making changes is to send our proposal to the government, to the prime minister. They are the first people to scrutinise the proposals. What can we do? Of course, we are given the freedom to recommend, but on the number (seats), they have the control.
