The Penang MCA's Wanita wing is crying foul over pornographic materials in a Wordpress website blog posting defaming their leader and female members of the party's Youth wing as prostitutes.
The seven members dubbed ‘ MCA glam girls ' gained notoriety after showing up at the party's Youth wing AGM in Kuala Lumpur last week.
Today, state MCA wanita chief Tan Cheng Liang (

Suara Keadilan
.
Tan, former Jawi assemblyperson, lodged a police report in Nibong Tebal yesterday, after she was alerted about the website, which she said had tarnished her name and reputation.
L/Cpl Sarizalia Saddon received the report at 3.55pm yesterday.
Tan said she lodged the report after receiving a telephone call from a Bukit Bendera MCA member Tan Khai Beng, who asked her to log on to www.suarakeadilan.wordpress.com .
In the site, she said, she found her name in one of the blog posts, which described her as "Chulia Street Prostitute".
"When I read that, I felt sick and angry as the website had tarnished my reputation, image and have insulted me," she told a press conference in Penang today.
'Glam girls labelled as prostitutes for Umno'
"The website has also insulted the young and pretty Beliawanis MCA women who recently attended the party's Youth AGM," Tan added.
"Their image too has been ruined by the website, which labelled them as prostitutes for Umno."
Tan complained that the photos of the MCA Beliawanis members had been superimposed on pictures of women clad in lacy lingerie and netted stockings.
Yesterday, MCA Youth chief and Deputy Education Minister Wee Ka Siong accused PKR Youth of playing "immoral dirty politics" by showcasing the photos.
Wee accused PKR Youth, its information chief in particular, of starting the online speculation about the women's identities.
This had led to ‘slanderous' comments and pornographic pictures about them being posted online, he said, and targeted PKR Selangor Youth vice-chief Lee Khai Loon for his criticism of the women.
Responding to the accusation, Lee said Wee's outburst was an unfounded personal attack against him and slander against the PKR wing.
PKR Youth had earlier criticised MCA for the exploitation of beautiful women as attractions at party functions.
Tan wants the police to investigate her complaint throughly as her reputation as well as that of the Beliawanis members had suffered as a result of the posting.
"Please defend our truth and justice," she told the police.
"This has damaged their reputation and image, resulted in them being emotional, while causing them heartaches and tears," Tan said in her report.
