Bolstered by a good turnout this morning, Himpunan Hijau 2.0 rally organisers have issued a 24-hour ultimatum for the federal government to shut down the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (Lamp).


 Himpunan Hijau 2.0 steering committee chairperson Wong Tack said he and his cohorts will organise a bigger rally if the fedderal government failed to comply.


 &ldquo;We give the government 24 hours to shut down the plant, or else we will hold an even bigger demonstration,


 &ldquo;Bring down Lynas, or we will bring down the government, you make the decision,&rdquo; he said, adding that the government needs to settle this issue before the next general election.
