The High Court in Kota Kinabalu today ordered Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) president Yong Teck Lee to pay former Sabah chief minister Harris Salleh RM1 million for defaming him with regard to the ‘Double Six’ tragedy that killed then-chief minister Fuad Stephens and all 10 others on board a crashed Nomad aircraft on June 6, 1976.
