The criminal charges against Seri Delima assemblyperson RSN Rayer, Isma president Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman, and a group of Umno Youth members shows that the government tries to be "even-handed" in its prosecution, said Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar.
