Heavy rain did not stop some 40 Universiti Malay students from camping in front of UM to protest disciplinary action on seven UM student activists.

Two students, including former student union president Fahmi Zainol, were suspended, four fined and one issued a warning for being part of an on campus event featuring Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim on Oct 27.
