PAS ulama unveil 'chai' to wipe out progressives

Haveagreatday: The die has been cast. Pakatan Rakyat minus PAS is already a political reality.

Let Abdul Hadi Awang and his gang of ulama sweep the slate. The rakyat who have been clamouring for change can live with that scenario rather than having to deal with the intrigues from these cunning wolves in robes.

Jiminy Qrikert: Allah has revealed to us what a bunch of white-robed hypocrites Hadi and his mullahs are.

To win party polls, these so-called religious leaders and teachers do not hesitate to use underhanded tactics. They resort to cheating instead of participating in a fair contest. They resort to lying to justify their cheating.

And this is just a party polls amongst their own kind. Imagine what they will resort to if they are faced with a contest for governing the country, and against non-Muslims to boot.

Even as they pledge their cooperation to parties they call their partners and their promise of inclusiveness for all regardless of race or religion, they scheme to win and monopolise power to be in a position to ‘jentik’ (flick away) the non-Muslims.

All this when they are the weakest partner in the coalition. Would anyone in their right mind want to put PAS in power in Putrajaya? Not me for sure.

Matmaniamahkow: The mullahs in PAS are a disaster in the making. PAS deputy chief Mohamad Sabu and the progressives need to be smart and prepare a good speech to highlight the stupidity of the conservative faction in giving up the opportunity to form the next federal government.

They should articulate the weakness of Hadi and gang and how they lost Kedah and Terengganu. And how Umno seized power in Perak, which had a PAS MB.

And also how Hadi is quietly working with Umno, which is known to be a corrupt and tyrannical party. This is a multiracial country and PAS mullahs must accept that. If Umno is working with all other non-Malay political parties, why can't PAS?

So at the end of the day, the mullahs are all about racialism and extremism. If the mullahs win, there is no option but for Pakatan to kick them out. Then get PasMa join Pakatan. Only then, we can truly see a beautiful future Malaysia for all.

Gunnerrun: Peace will come to the world one day. At long last, something that has been progressing in the last few decades with examples seen in the Soviet Union and East Germany and the like.

The only snag is that people holding on to old traditions and beliefs who will get in the way of hastening the process. And these ulama and similar-thinking others elsewhere will be the ones disrupting and slowing things down.

Retnam: Good. Let all the ulama win. Then PAS can become a branch of Umno.

'Hadi critics in cahoots with Pakatan leaders'

Jiminy Qrikert: (Then-acting Dewan Ulama chief) Mahfodz Mohamed knows his boss is being ridiculed. That is a good sign for a start.

It means Mahfodz understands the rakyat are all laughing at Hadi Awang. The rakyat are mocking Hadi. They are insulting Hadi. Mahfodz must know what the rakyat are saying about Hadi.

But Mahfodz is totally unable to refute the accusations, the allegations, the insults, the curses and the jokes aimed at Hadi. If Hadi does not deserve the ridicule, then Mahfodz should clarify why demand blind loyalty.

Jaguh: When the late Tok Guru Nik Aziz Nik Mat was the top PAS man, did anybody ridicule him other than Umno?

Now that your own allies ridicule your present boss, did you ask yourselves why? And why many oppose Hadi and not Tok Guru Nik Aziz?

NP: Indeed, stop blaming others and ask yourselves why your allies are not happy with you.

Anonymous #559621516: Hadi must inspire respect like Nik Aziz, Hadi cannot demand respect by virtue of his president post. He has to show exemplary conduct. Respect is not ‘made to order’, like ordering food in a restaurant.

Starwars: Now that PAS has become a little bit stronger under Pakatan, it has a bigger agenda and the party has now turned its focus exclusively on Malay Muslim votes.

PAS has launched an assault on DAP to win Malay votes in direct competition with Umno.

100% Truly Malaysian: Shouldn’t PAS leave Pakatan if you hate your ‘allies’ so much?

What is the point of Hadi shamelessly wanting to stay on in Pakatan if he can't see eye-to-eye with leaders, especially in DAP and had not been openly supporting Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail in the recent Permatang Pauh by election.

Is it Hadi's intention to foil Pakatan’s plan to take over Putrajaya by jumping ship to form a coalition with Umno if Pakatan won marginally in the next general election (GE)?
