Four concerned citizens have filed in the Kuala Lumpur High Court last Thursday to challenge the Private Member’s Bill tabled in Parliament brought by PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang as unconstitutional.

With this, the four - Mansoor Saat, Azira Aziz, Hasbeemaputra Abu Bakar and Hazwany Jamaluddin - also seek an injunction to stop the Dewan Rakyat from debating the private member’s bill.
