Just one Umno branch calling for Prime Minister Najib Razak to step down over the 1MDB scandal does not reflect the majority voice of the  party, says its supreme council member Tajuddin Abdul Rahman.

Umno's support for Najib “is as solid as a rock”, Tajuddin said in response to a controversial banner erected by the Umno Bandar Pulai Jaya 2 branch of the Umno Gelang Patah division.
