Police arrested 11 people who were clad in the banned Bersih 4 yellow T-shirts during an illegal rally at Dataran Zero Kilometer in Sungai Petani last night.

Kuala Muda police chief ACP Md Zukir Md Isa said the 10 men and one woman were aged between 17 and 48.

“Six of them were picked up at 9.15pm and the rest at 9.30pm,” he told Bernama today.

All of them were released on police bail after their statements had been recorded, he said.
