Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is mulling legal action against a newspaper which he alleged printed "false news" against his government.

This newspaper, he claimed, had lied by quoting Urban Wellbeing, Home and Local Government Minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan on an allegation that Lim's administration approved 6,000 acres of land reclamation in Penang.
