Anti-dog-culling groups vow to work with Penang gov't

Animal rights groups, who have been trying to halt the culling of strays in Penang, said they are willing to work with the state government to make decisions based on facts and not emotions.

The remark comes after Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng asked animal lovers and NGOs to work with the state “instead of complaining”, and help the authorities vaccinate dogs if Putrajaya approves the 40,000 doses of vaccines to be brought in by World Veterinary Services (WVS).
