Up to Pua to debate Arul Kanda, says PAC chief
It is up to Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua whether or not he wants to debate 1MDB chief executive Arul Kanda Kandasamy, said Public Accounts Committee chief Hasan Arifin.
"Arul Kanda has accepted the challenge without conditions, so on this issue, it is up to Pua whether to debate or not," he said.

Hasan refused to say anything else at the brief press conference at the Parliament lobby today.
"Itu sahaja (that’s all)," he replied when asked repeatedly by the media whether he agreed to the debate or thought it was wise.
He then walked away to enter the House.
Pua and Arul Kanda have both agreed to debate each other over 1MDB without conditions.
Communications and Multimedia Minister Salleh Said Keruak has offered to host the debate live on RTM.
