Did Sirul receive Setev's amended statement of claim?

In yet another case of justice delayed, there is no indication from the Malaysian High Commissioner's office in Australia whether an amended statement of claim by Mongolian Shaariibuu Setev has been successfully delivered to former Special Action Unit member Sirul Azhar Umar, who is being detained at the Villawood Immigration Centre in Sydney.

It has been almost three months since the Foreign Ministry had in early September instructed the Malaysian High Commission in Australia to deliver the documents.

Following this, the Shah Alam High Court today instructed all parties to appear on Jan 5 next year to find out the status on this matter.
