PAS regrets sacrificing seats in last general election

PAS will no longer give in to other opposition parties on seat allocations in the next general election, said its deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man.

He noted each time the Islamic party joined forces with other parties that it ended up sacrificing its seats, and stressed that this practice will end now.

"Today if they ask PAS to cooperate with the new coalition (Pakatan Harapan), it means they want PAS' seats and that will no longer happen.

"We will not give up even one of our seats. The seats we contend for represents the party's dignity," Tuan Ibrahim said during the Selangor PAS elections in Kuala Selangor today.
