Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor denied that the attack on cartoonist Zunar's exhibition at Komtar, Penang had anything to do with Umno.

This came a day after he denied Umno had anything to do with the attempted attack on Shah Alam MP Khalid Abdul Samad on Parliament grounds by the supporters of Umno's Pasir Salak MP Tajudddin Abdul Rahman.

"This (the attack against Zunar) all has nothing to do with Umno central, just like what happened at the Parliament House (when Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad was attacked).

"I have already explained this," he said today.
