Both Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) and PAS have been sending conflicting signals over ongoing talk of a political tie-up in preparation for the 14th general election.
PAS seems adamant that if Bersatu wanted to court them in political marriage, the new party should divorce both DAP and Amanah, reported Sinar Harian today.
"If Bersatu intends to join with PAS in a political coalition, they should not have any relations with other parties, that is clear," PAS secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan was reported saying in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
