The head of a Selangor welfare foundation has engaged a lawyer, two days after Sungai Besar Umno chief Jamal Md Yunos questioned his appointment.

Kamsani Nasir, who is the Yayasan Warisan Anak Selangor (Yawas) general manager, said he was unable to respond to Jamal's allegations as he was dealing with lawyers.

Asked whether he was taking legal action against Jamal, Kamsani told Malaysiakini: "InsyaAllah it is being sorted out."
