The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) will not be abolished should Pakatan Harapan and its allies form the next federal government, assured DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang.

Instead, said Lim, the coalition intends to make Felda better than it is today.

"DAP will not want Felda to be closed but on the contrary, we want a special programme to strengthen Felda so that Felda settlers and the new generation in Felda can get a new deal of justice and prosperity in Malaysia," said Lim.
