I'll cooperate with agencies, Rahman says after duo's revelation

Former housing, local government and urban wellbeing minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan has reiterated his pledge to cooperate with enforcement agencies on the allegations of abuse of power against him.

His comments came after two DAP grassroots leaders - Satees Muniandy and David Marshall - revealed documents that purportedly supported their claim that Abdul Rahman had abused his power in relation to a high-profile housing case.

“I’m more than happy to cooperate with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the police. We know all the documents they (Satees and David) have been talking about.

“We have our own opinion about these documents, and we will wait and see and we will share our opinions with the relevant authorities.

“I’m very confident that at the end of it, there is no wrongdoing as alleged by the DAP on the issue,” said Abdul Rahman, who is now the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in charge of the Economic Planning Unit...
