Penang PKR, Amanah to give way to Bersatu in four seats

Pakatan Harapan will likely announce its Penang seat allocation for the coming polls at an event to mark the federal opposition's 10-year rule in the state.

State Harapan chief Lim Guan Eng is expected to put to rest speculation concerning the number of seats to be contested by each component party at tonight's celebrations, which will be held in Padang Kota Lama.

Besides Lim, Harapan heavyweights including chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his deputy Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail will attend tonight's event.

It was reported last month that seat negotiations in the state had reached a deadlock, and had been referred back to the coalition’s presidential council...
