Guan Eng, Phang's graft trial put off to Sept 3

The Penang High Court has fixed Sept 3 to hear the results of former Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and businessperson Phang Li Koon's representation to the Attorney-General Chambers to withdraw the two graft charges against them.
