The government should set up an independent commission of inquiry to reveal the 'true facts' behind the payment of millions of ringgit to a former Cheras toll concessionaire after it was taken over by Metramac Corporation Sdn Bhd, a company owned by one of former finance minister Daim Zainuddin's protege, Halim Saad.
