Hearing of two bids linked to S’wak solar project put off to Dec 9

Due to the conditional movement control order (MCO), the hearing of an application to strike out a lawsuit linked to the controversial RM1.25 billion Sarawak solar hybrid energy project has been postponed to Dec 9.

The Kuala Lumpur High Court has also put off to Dec 9 the hearing of an application for summary judgment in the suit by business consultant Rayyan Radzwill Abdullah against former Jepak Holdings Sdn Bhd managing director Saidi Abang Samsudin (above)...
