The fresh infections today is the highest since Sep 15.

They were more than the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered, which totalled 5,712. This is expected to increase the number of active cases.

The infectivity rate is at 1.47. The value must be kept under 1.0 to prevent an exponential rise in fresh infections.
