M Manoharan, who is representing whistleblower Mohd Ramli Manan, has urged the Parliamentary Select Committee on Integrity to revert its decision to call off the hearing into the scandal involving Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) director-general Zulkipli Mat Noor.
