A student activist who coordinated the Gempur Rasuah Sabah protest rally on New Year’s Eve has been ordered to answer criminal charges in court in April.

According to Fadhil Kasim, the notice served by police yesterday stated that he will be charged under Section 9(5) of the Peaceful Assembly Act (PAA) and Section 509 of the Penal Code.
