Allocations to Sabah are not equal to the constitutionally guaranteed 40 percent of federal revenue from the state, United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (Upko) deputy president Donald Peter Mojuntin said.

In a statement today, he called on the federal government to demonstrate its political sincerity by implementing Sabah's 40 percent revenue rights, as mentioned in Articles 112C and 112D of the Federal Constitution.
