MACC chief: Several to be charged over Tabung Haji in coming days

Several individuals previously detained in connection with investigations into the royal commission of inquiry on Tabung Haji will be charged in court tomorrow and Friday, said MACC chief commissioner Abd Halim Aman.

“The two charges involve abuse of power under Section 23 of the MACC Act 2009 and Section 420 of the Penal Code for cheating,” he told a press conference at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya today.
