Anwar Ibrahim has received a stern warning from his former protege Ezam Mohd Nor.

“If you link me to a political conspiracy over the sodomy report, I will divulge your secrets,” Ezam declared.

anwar ibrahim and ezam md noor umno and pkr "If Anwar or Wan Azizah say that I am part of a conspiracy [of a sodomy report alleging Anwar had sodomised a former aide], I will in 24 hours swear as a Muslim that I will fight him," he said at a talk organised by the Shah Alam Umno division and NGO Alam Free Speech in the Selangor capital last night.

According to Bernama , Ezam said he would divulge all he knew about the PKR de facto leader although it would bring disgrace to his children and family as he also wanted to defend his dignity after talks claiming that he received millions of ringgit to join Umno.

He added Anwar should concentrate on the sodomy police report made by his former personal assistant Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, 23, and not talk about a political conspiracy.

Defend Umno leaders

It should not be exaggerated to implicate Najib Tun Razak with murdered Mongolian woman Altantuya Shariibuu, Ezam said in reference to the first statutory declaration made by private investigator P Balasubramaniam which Umno had claimed was linked to PKR.

Ezam also urged Umno members to defend the party and its leaders who were being 'attacked' by Anwar.

The former PKR Youth leader was Anwar’s political secretary when the latter was DPM. He staunchly defended Anwar during the reformasi years and had even served time for his belief in Anwar’s political struggle.

However, he fell out with PKR leaders in recent times and was gloriously accepted back as an Umno member by none other than party president and Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Ezam has made frequent appearances at Umno functions throughout the country in recent days. In most of his speeches at these events, Ezam took potshots at his former boss.
