Memorandum of misunderstanding
More cracks are forming in the truce signed between Pakatan Harapan and Putrajaya.
The opposition coalition has accused the federal government of stealing credit for a loan interest waiver for households earning less than RM5,880 per month.
Harapan is especially irked as it claimed the government didn't even want to implement the waiver until the coalition pushed for it - resulting in its inclusion in their memorandum of understanding (MOU).
Harapan chief Anwar Ibrahim had previously slammed the slow implementation of the reforms promised under the MOU.

Labuan MP charged
Warisan claimed that its refusal to sign the MOU with Putrajaya has led to its Labuan MP Rozman Isli being charged.
The Sabah party's president Shafie Apdal said he was confident this would not have happened if they had signed the agreement.
Rozman was accused of using his previous post as a Labuan Port Authority Board member to obtain a government contract for a family-linked company back in 2018 and before the 14th general election.
The Labuan MP believes he was charged because he refused to abandon Warisan and support the BN-PN government.

Umno gets set for Malacca polls
Malacca Umno chief Ab Rauf Yusoh claimed that no decision was made on the state election at last night's Umno supreme council meeting.
However, the supreme council has ordered the party to prepare for the election and to comply with SOPs set by the Election Commission.
The meeting was attended by Umno vice-president Ismail Sabri Yaakob, who is also the prime minister.
Ismail Sabri had previously said that the government would decide on whether to declare a localised emergency to prevent polls this week.
The EC is set to decide on the date for the state election on Monday.
