Five activists are being investigated under the Peaceful Assembly Act (PAA) over a gathering outside Parliament on Dec 20, to hand over a memorandum calling for Sosma to be reviewed.
They're being probed under a section on the issue of prior notice to the authorities for a planned gathering.
The group is now calling on the government to also review the PAA and give the public a right to meet their MPs outside Parliament - without being subject to investigations.
The anti-Sosma group was just one of several that had gathered outside Parliament during its two-day sitting last week.
One group linked to Perikatan Nasional submitted a memorandum against the government for cracking down on errant TikTok videos.
Another group led by former Umno leader Lokman Adam called for the MACC's probe into Court of Appeal judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali to be declassified.
It is not clear if these two groups that had gathered outside Parliament on Dec 19 are also being investigated.

TM downplays KL Tower concession sale
Telekom Malaysia downplayed the scandal over its move to sell the concession to manage the Kuala Lumpur Tower.
It said they were just getting out of the tourism business to focus on telecommunications.
TM also said the sale was not hush-hush, and that Bursa Malaysia had been informed.
However, the MACC is investigating the matter to determine if there was any graft involved.

Speaker preps for first anti-hopping test
Dewan Rakyat speaker Johari Abdul is preparing to resolve the first test of the country's anti-hopping law.
Bersatu has filed a notice seeking to disqualify four Sabah MPs, who had quit the party after the 15th general election.
The four MPs, however, claim they had invalidated their Bersatu membership before the polls by joining the GRS coalition as direct members - a claim that Bersatu disputes.
Johari said he will have an answer within 21 days.
