MACC puts elected reps on notice

Geronimo: We, the rakyat, also would like to put the MACC on notice. You have messed up big time and you are nothing more than an another apparatus of Umno. Mend your ways or it will be curtains for all of you come the 13 th general election.

Habib RAK: Great, MACC. Please start with all the Umno/BN assemblypersons from Selangor who squandered away their allocations within three months prior to the March 2008 general elections.

The public testimony during the Selcat enquiry provides you with all the necessary details for your immediate action. Now, lets see some action from MACC on this matter.

Abuse of constituency funds: Lax system to blame

The Malaysian: Malaysia secretary-generals who are high-powered ‘generals' in the civil services. For so long now, huge amounts of taxpayers' money have been embezzled, so what do these ‘generals' have to say for themselves?

Will you please stand up and be counted. Do you consider yourselves normal people like all of us who work hard and are proud to earn an honest living? When are you men and women going to perform your jobs properly?

Please, in the name of the Almighty Allah, have a conscience, will you?

MCA disciplinary board clarifies resignation

Keturunan Malaysia: Come on MCA disciplinary board. What has Chua Soi Lek done after he was elected to warrant sacking him? Don't tell us he has committed some more additional ‘immoral sins' that we know not of? The delegates voted for him in with all his known baggage and you voted him out with impunity.

You should have been ashamed then and not at this late hour after he was voted back in, albeit as an ordinary member by the same delegates. The Registrar of Society put the finishing touch by declaring he is still the legally-elected MCA deputy president.

And because of this you are saying you all quit because of ‘unwavering principles'- yours, of course. Some do not agree with your so-called ‘unwavering principles' because of their so-called ‘unwavering principles' too.

In a nutshell, judge and be judged but only God has the final say.

Loyal Malaysian: You can explain as much as you please, former MCA disciplinary board member. The fact that Chua is back as MCA deputy president, never mind via which route, means that the disciplinary committee is useless. Yes, the committee ought to resign.
