The much criticised 152-metre-long and RM9.5 million air-conditioned elevated pedestrian walkway linking the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre with Impiana Hotel was approved as it is cheaper than in Singapore or in Hong Kong, KL Mayor Ahmad Fuad Ismail explained.
