If this trial was in England, the prosecutor would have withdrawn the case immediately after the three exhibits were excluded. Kit P: The first statement from the police was taken from Dr Razuin Rahimi in January 2010, after the trial had already started. And the latest statement was taken three weeks ago. It's not as if this was a previously unknown witness. There is definitely something very wrong with the flow of this investigation.

Sodomy II: There was 'full' penetration, doc told

Anonymous_3f94: The object that went in was indeed a plastic syringe. But it was inserted up Saiful's anus in Concorde Hotel the previous night prior to him going to Pusrawi Hospital. The syringe contained blood obtained from Anwar in Sodomy I, mixed now with Saiful's own semen.

The mixture was then squirted up Saiful's anus when he met police officer ASP Mohd Rodwan Mohd Yusof. The DNA found at the front of Saiful's underwear was that which had leaked from the syringe when the squirting took place.

Now you know why there are traces of DNA from so many people found. It is difficult not to contaminate the mixture when so many people are involved. Chances are, the DNA of the officer in Concorde Hotel can be found on Saiful's underwear and in Saiful's rectum.

Now you know why they wanted to ignore the DNA of the other guys. How would the officer explain his own DNA getting up Saiful's arse?

Cala: Anonymous_3e2c, you got it all wrong. In a normal circumstance, where the rule of law prevails over the land, one expects Anwar to comply with the request and submit to a DNA test.

But you have conveniently forgotten the said land is Malaysia. In the event that you too choose selective memory, may I have remind that in Sodomy I one chemist by the name of Lim upon application made by Anwar's lawyers to send the specimens for independent test, had the audacity to say he had thrown away all of them.

In other words, the so-called specimens in Sodomy I were all concocted. If the regime is not worthy of our trust, no one will comply with their "rule" because it is not done under "the rule of law".

Artchan: If Saiful did not wish to be sodomised, there is no way it can be done unless Anwar pointed a gun to his head, or a few men held Saiful still so that Anwar can stick it up his anus, or Saiful was chained to a bed.

If the learned judges cannot find holes in the prosecution's story, Malaysia is doomed to be laughing stock to the world.
