Shahidan: I did not hear Zahid say 'shoot first'

Wg321: When Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Shahidan Kassim denied hearing Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi calling for the "shoot first" policy, the rural Malay folks will believe him.

This is because they only read Utusan Malaysia, and watch TV3 and RTM. This is what counts because Umno's political survival depend on rural voters who are not Internet-savvy. Umno can afford to ignore the criticisms of the urban voters.

StoptheRot: What Shahidan is now saying is the recorded speech of Zahid could be a fake. Soon, Zahid will say, "It sounds like me but I am not sure if it is me." Malaysia's leaders are shameless cheaters.

Talk about a bare-faced lie. Well what he "did not say" has hit international news, so it's a bit too late to be lying and denying at this stage.

Ace: Reporting what is said in a "closed-door" event is forbidden, haram. Instigating racial animosity is not and openly supporting an underground gang is also not forbidden or ‘haram'. Strange logic.

What Zahid said was loud and clear, otherwise this would not be a hot issue now.
