BUKIT GELUGOR Bukit Gelugor by-election candidate Abu Backer Sidek Mohammad Zan will take legal action against Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng over injuries sustained after he threw himsef in front of the CM's car.

Abu Backer claims that he had sustained a fractured pelvis, broken rib and lung infection after the incident in front of the Penang state legislative assembly yesterday.

He said that he would not have to throw himself at the car if Lim had acted fairly and met with him, like he met with DAP candidate Ramkarpal Singh.
