Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad was reluctant to comment on 1MDB today, claiming it was a crime to do so.

"I just want to warn you I can't comment on 1MDB because talking about 1MDB is now a crime," he said sarcastically to reporters at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.
