Kongres Kepentingan Bangsa yang dihadiri oleh 1,000 orang Melayu yang mewakili 100 badan bukan kerajaan (NGO) Melayu menggesa kerajaan mengguna semula Bahasa Malaysia (BM) sebagai pengantar pengajaran Matematik dan Sains, mengembalikan bantuan sekolah agama rakyat ISAR) dan menghapuskan Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti (Auku).
