在今早的皇家调查�"�'�会�'绝传召他供证之后，人�'公正党实权领袖安华决定再抛出另一颗震�'�弹，在其�'站上公开不曾曝光的第三节“林�"�影片”录影片段。这段长达5分�'�的第三节片段，揭露影片主�'林�"�及商业大亨陈志远涉嫌贿赂前�"邦法院首席大法官赛丁（Mohammed Dzaiddin Abdullah），以避免他在大庭广众公开抨击两人。

赛丁是从2000年12月至2003年期间，接任退�'的尤索夫晋（Eusoff Chin）出任�"邦法院首席大法官。

“�'们已送他最昂贵的礼物”

林�"�在影片中�'�诉访客说，他及陈志远分别已送了一份昂贵的礼物给赛丁，“�'们还送了他最昂贵的礼物，别问�"�是什么，�'已经送了给他，陈志远也送了给他”。此外，林�"�也说“他们”曾经3次与赛丁一起共进晚餐。

第三节片段显然是早前曝光的“林�"�影片”完整版的延续片段。安华在去年所公布的逾14分�'�长完整版揭露司法界派系倾轧，前两任首席大法官，即尤索夫晋与赛丁为了安�'属意的接班人而勾心斗�'。

尤索夫晋是在1994年担任首席大法官，于2000年卸任，并�"�赛丁接任。�"赛丁于 2003年卸任后，则�"�被影片描绘为“尤索夫晋人马”的阿末法鲁斯接任。

拍�'�林�"�影片的罗国本的父亲罗美桦（左图）今日出席听证会时�'记者表示，他已经吩�'�罗国本找出原版录影，确保所有录影片段都交给皇�"会，不会再有遗漏的片段，以协助皇�"会查出真相。

证明司法�'幕超越调查范围

安华在其个人�'页�'表文�'�表示，之所以公开第三节的林�"�影片，是要提供额外的证据，显示皇�"会目前正调查的司法�'幕，远远超越�"�纵阿末法鲁斯�"�升为首席大法官的调查范围。他表示，本身是在上�'��"（25日）接获第三节片段。

安华也指出，虽然皇�"会的成立一度让马来西亚�'众对恢复司法公信力存有一线希望，但是如今他们却对皇�"会的听审过程与决定感到失望。

他认为，皇�"会必须秉持最高水平的诚信与透明度，避免进一步侵蚀司法机构的形象，“�'�'公众提出这个新的证据，并�'皇�"会接下来的听证会，表达愿意充分合作的态度”。

皇�"会是以安华所提出的证据，在现阶段与影片内容并无直接关系为�"�，�'绝传召他供证。安华继续公开第三节林�"�影片的举动，显然是要�'皇�"会施压，以出席供证。

安华是在去年9月19日率先公布逾8分�'�长的第一节“林�"�影片”，揭露林�"�涉及幕后�"�纵高级法官�"�升的司法�'幕。不过在这段录影中，只显示林�"�一人以手机通话。根据通话内容与脉络，相信�"�话另一端就是阿末法鲁斯。

接着安华在去年11月8日再公布第二节“林�"�影片”的部分片段，在长达10�'�'�的片段中，林�"�亲口证实与他通话的正是阿末法鲁斯。有关片段是剪�'自尚未对外公布的其余6分�'�长第二节“林�"�影片”。

副首相纳吉在9月25日�"任一个三人小组以鉴定司法�'闻影片的真伪，并给予一个月的时间完成调查。首相阿都拉则于12月12日宣布，�"�府根据三人小组的调查报�'�，决定成立一个皇家调查�"�'�会，彻查已被鉴定为真实的“林�"�影片”。

在皇�"会成立的两天后，安华终于公布共长14分�'�23�'的“林�"�影片”完整版，显示林�"�在讲完�"�话后一边喝着红�'，一边继续�'一名在场的商人罗美桦炫耀本身的�"�商关系，并抖出更多有关幕后�"�纵高级法官�"�升的内幕。

罗国本日前已承认自己在2001年12月20日晚上受邀往林�"�家共进晚餐时，在百般无聊的情况下�'�录上述录影。此外，本地�'络数码鉴证�"家也证明影片未曾遭到�'��"�，而西班牙的化验室亦证明影片中的谈话声音属于林�"�。

但是林�"�却辩称影片主�'“样子象他，声音也很象他”，并表示若影片主�'的确是他，大概是他�"时喝醉了，所以才胡言乱语。他�"�至表示，在本身的房子里头，他是国王，可以任凭他胡说八�"。
