Mental health issues are on the rise, yet the stigma of mental illness prevents people from seeking help. In light of this, Bridges M&C Sdn. Bhd. is partnering with Befrienders Kuala Lumpur for its first CSR Programme, #BridgesGivesBack.

As part of the programme, Bridges M&C is donating RM12 from every copy of the recently-launched book, 'Letter to my Mother' to Befrienders KL. 'Letter to my Mother' is an anthology of letters written by Singaporean writers, some of which touch on mental health issues, including that of Bridges M&C’s founder, Nanny Eliana, whose letter sheds light on a family member with paranoid-schizophrenia.

Hopefully, this contribution can help raise awareness on mental health and support our efforts to provide free, confidential, and non-judgmental emotional support to anyone who calls our helpline.
