While the proposed Police Royal Commission is almost finalised, DAP chief Lim Kit Siang considers it inappropriate that the government has made no effort to consult others about the idea.



DAP's Lim Guan Eng says the Melaka government's decision to appoint officials with past criminal records to high office runs counter to the prime minister's efforts to address corruption in the civil service.
