World Wide Fund for Nature Malaysia (WWF-Malaysia) repeats the urging to stop shark killing in Semporna and throughout Sabah, in response to the spate of shark carcass photos surfacing on Facebook and social media. Malayan Tiger on the brink

WWF-Malaysia applauds the Department of Wildlife and National Parks on the successful seizure of a poached tiger in Terengganu ( ‘Three held for poaching, tiger carcass found’ , The Star , Jan 22, 2016). Acting on a tip-off, the tiger was found in the bathroom of a house chopped up into four parts, with the internal organs already sold in the black market.
